Today I turn 22. Yes, I'm excited, if you were wondering about the missing exclamation point. I'm actually home for my birthday this year, instead of at school like last year. I still have no idea how I'm celebrating, technically, so this day should be very interesting. For inspiration, and for fun, I decided to take a look at some fun animated birthday moments:
Okay, so not technically a real birthday moment, but who hasn't felt like Yzma when the restaurant crew starts singing "Happy Birthday" to you?
One of the more recent birthdays Disney animated, we got to see Anna's birthday celebrations in Frozen Fever. Olaf's antics, the gorgeous cake, Jonathan Groff's amazing "I love you, baby!", and the dry banana hippy hat... What more could you want in a birthday party?
I would just like to say Fauna is the most adorable of Aurora's fairy guardians. She has no idea what she's doing but she is determined to do it for Aurora's birthday.
Donald Duck's birthday is somehow a source of controversy but his party in Three Caballeros was pretty great anyway.
Technically an unbirthday, not a birthday, but I mean, look at that cake. If I could make a cake that defied physics like that, it would be my birthday cake every year.
Birthdays are fun - cake, ice cream, presents, getting older, and did I mention cake??
